This is the filed map of everything NicNac Systems sells — six lines, read through four doors. Every price on this page carries its label: STANDING means filed and firm; PROPOSED means filed and awaiting final confirmation, shown with its label and confirmed personally before anything is billed. Where no price has been filed, this page says so instead of inventing one.
The estate truth, printed once: the five-product shelf is live with working intake — NicNacParse, After-Hours Answer & Book, NicNacInvoice, NicNac AI Visibility, and NicNac AI Advertising. Revenue is zero today and payments run in test mode, so intake charges nothing — scope and price are confirmed personally before any billing. Sponsored seats sold: zero. Sponsors signed: zero. A line on this map is a real family of filed offers — it is not a claim that every rung is live, tested, or sellable today.
Every line below names how a buyer reaches it through each door that honestly applies. A door that is not filed for a line is marked absent, not implied.
Buy the offer itself, at its filed price, through its product page and intake. The accounts platform at /app/ is live with public signup and per-account dashboards; its account-tier prices are not filed, so none are quoted here.
A sponsor underwrites a seat for an organization it names. The organization pays nothing; the seat costs exactly what the seat costs. Community Seat $99/moStanding · Essentials Seat $238/moProposed · Flagship Seat $1,850/moStanding. Sponsor a seat.
Every capability decomposes into workflows that combine inside a client’s Custom Operating App, assembled from filed configurations: Website Engine $299 / $499 / $999 per monthProposed, onboarding $499 per siteProposed, AI Chatbot $199/mo per siteProposed, and the derived Full Growth Stack $3,637/moProposed.
White-label backend — a partner fronts its own brand while NicNac operates the machinery (AI Receptionist wholesale $1,150/mo reseller · $975/mo partnerProposed; retail anchor $1,850/moStanding) — and enterprise front-ends for organizations and research laboratories, scoped through intake. No enterprise contract price has been filed.
The client’s front office and day-to-day operations, carried by an operating layer — calls answered and booked, meetings hosted, communications worked — and, at the top of the line, a complete Custom Operating App generated from the client’s own operation. For service businesses that live on the phone, organizations whose coordination has outgrown one person’s memory, and any client — business or personal — whose whole operation belongs on the layer.

| Core | Operated Front Desk | $499/mo + $199 setupProposed | Answer & Book scope plus dispatch, outbound confirmation calls, quote follow-up, and review requests. |
| Relationship layer | NicNacMeet | No price filedNo price filed | The hosted client-call surface: schedule, invite, lobby with a preparation card, in-call presentation, close and book, summary, follow-up draft. A component of an engagement, not a separately priced rung, until a price is filed. |
| Flagship | After-Hours Answer & Book (full operated offer) | $1,850/moStanding | The complete front office: dedicated build and knowledge base, multi-line answering in the business’s name, qualification, booking, confirmations, reminders, no-show rescue, human escalation desk, dispatch board, SLA reporting. |
| Flagship destination | Custom Operating App | No separate price filedNo separate price filed | A complete per-client operating system assembled from the filed configurations and components on this page — the client’s own front door, host, complete custom workflow set, intelligence and human augmentation layer, living local layer, and one OS across web, app, and VR surfaces. Priced by the process footprint placed on the layer, confirmed before billing. |
Access: Direct — product pages and intake for the answering offers; the consultation below for a Custom Operating App. Sponsored seat — the Flagship Seat above. Organizational — white-label AI Receptionist; enterprise front-end for a Custom OS under the client’s own boundaries, prototype first.
Honest state: NicNacBook’s booking lifecycle is live and verified. The flagship’s voice leg is not live yet — carrier activation (number purchase, E911, connection, trunk tests) remains open, and no live customer phone answering is claimed until it lands. NicNacMeet is built and live as a front end and funnel; its independent gate is still completing. The Custom OS generation pipeline is designed, not built: no Custom OS has been sold, generated, or launched. Counts, stated three ways as always: Custom OS workflow definitions 0 · tested 0 · ready 0.
A Custom Operating App begins with a hosted conversation about your operation as it actually runs — then structured discovery, then a front-end-first reveal of your own system. Leave the basics here and the conversation opens with a person, not a pitch. This form is the consultation intake; it files your request on the Custom Operating Apps list and brings it straight to Nic.
The paperwork layer — records turned into clean, usable text, and invoices turned into a working follow-up system — so documents and money stop depending on somebody’s spare hour. For solo operators and crews, professional practices, and any organization with a document pile, an archive, or invoices that go out late and get paid later.
| Rung | Offer | Price | What it is |

| Flagship destination | Custom OS back-office footprint | No separate price filedNo separate price filed | Parse Practice and Invoice Crew assembled with your other filed components inside a Custom Operating App, priced by footprint. |
| Enterprise door | NicNacParse — Enterprise / Lab | No price filed — custom via intakeNo price filed | Private deployment behind your own walls, for document corpora and research-laboratory archives. |
Access: Direct — product pages, intake, the live demo, and the live builder. Sponsored seat — the Essentials Seat. Organizational — the Enterprise / Lab door. White-label backend: absent for this line — no Parse or Invoice wholesale figure is filed, so none is quoted.
Honest state: the Parse pipeline and its live demo are real, and the published comparison stands as filed — 21 of 21 checks against the rented incumbent’s 20 of 21, with NicNacParse’s own gaps published beside the result, at /proof/parse-results/. The Invoice Builder is live; the managed invoice lifecycle proof in live payments is still owed, and the only invoices on file are demonstration drafts that were never sent.
Being found, then being chosen — first the organic question of whether AI answers name, cite, and recommend you at all, then the paid discipline of putting your own advertising budget to work through NicNac’s agentic systems. For local service businesses, artists, venues and events, churches and organizations — any buyer whose customers now meet businesses inside search results and AI answers.
| Rung | Offer | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | NicNac AI Visibility Snapshot | $99 one-timeProposed | A first scorecard: whether answer engines name, cite, or recommend your business today. |
| Entry | NicNac AI Visibility — Audit | $249 one-timeProposed | The full diagnosis: battery across answer engines, named / cited / recommended scorecard, competitor presence map, fix roadmap. |
| Core | NicNac AI Visibility — Presence | $199/mo per locationProposed | The playbook fixes implemented, question-and-answer content added monthly, and a monthly re-audit on the identical battery, with a report. Never a guaranteed ranking, mention, or citation. |
| Paid entry | NicNac AI Advertising — Campaign Build | $249 one-timeProposed | Ad accounts created or connected in your name, conversion tracking wired and verified, first creative batch, landing page. |

| Paid upper | NicNac AI Advertising — Growth | $649/moProposed | Up to three channels plus one AI surface where eligible; creative refresh twice monthly and variant testing; landing-page variants; weekly optimization; monthly report. |
| Paid flagship | NicNac AI Advertising — Dominance | $1,249/moProposed | All channels including every eligible AI surface; AI Visibility Presence included — organic and paid run as the distinct disciplines they are; weekly creative cadence; full-funnel structure; monthly report and strategy call. |
| Flagship destination | NicNac Advertising Outcomes | No separate price filedDesigned — not built | The forecast and optimization layer inside a Custom OS: modeled outcome forecasts with ranges and stated inputs, refreshed from live platform signals, with forecast-vs-actual variance reported. Until it is built and independently gated, it is sold as nothing. |
Money law for the paid rungs: the management fee is flat per package — NicNac does not earn more because a client spends more. Ad spend is the client’s budget, passed through to the platforms at cost, with no markup under the current filed posture. Ad accounts are created or connected in the client’s name; the client owns the account and can pause spend at any time. Ad spend is never counted as NicNac revenue.
Access: Direct — product pages and intake for both Visibility and Advertising. Sponsored seat: absent as filed — no sponsor seat stack includes this line on its own. Organizational — composable inside a Custom OS; enterprise front-end scoped through intake. White-label backend: absent as filed.
Honest state: AI Visibility’s fulfillment is proven on NicNac itself — the baseline battery is published on the product page (named 2 of 19, cited 0 of 19, recommended 0 of 19). No advertising campaign has run yet — not a client’s, and not NicNac’s own. The first two campaigns through the pipeline are NicNac Systems’ own and the Nic Patterson Studio artist campaign. No result, testimonial, or case study exists, and none is claimed.
Mosaic leads this line with its own face, voice, and human layer — Mosaic ONE, the stretched-thin pastor’s best friend and advocate. NicNac Systems is the parent and the engine underneath; it never fronts Mosaic. The line: Sunday, ready before anyone arrives — service planning, calendars, and sign-ups in one clear place; every first-time guest remembered, thanked, and invited back; and a named human beside the pastor while the system carries the lists. Enter through Mosaic’s own front door at /mosaic-door/.
| Rung | Offer | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| On-ramp | The Sunday-Readiness Check | No charge | A short, honest self-check a pastor can take with nothing captured; it names the church’s real starting point and the honest first step. |
| Entry | Mosaic First-Guest Kit | $50 one-timeProposed | The first visit met well: a guest card for the welcome table, a 48-hour follow-up set written in Mosaic’s voice, and the follow-up sequence set up and counted. |
| Core | Small Church — the Community Seat, with Mosaic ONE beside it | $99/moStanding | Sunday operations in one place, the guest list and follow-up path counted plainly, visitor facts kept accurate, a light Thursday service-order rhythm, a named consultant, and a monthly check-in. This seat is the heart of every package above it. |
| Grown | Mid-Sized Church (about 150–600, one campus) | $349/moProposed | Everything in the Community Seat across the whole ministry week, plus facility and pastoral-appointment booking, assimilation into a class, group, or ministry, regular content care, sermon packaging, and one planned campaign each quarter, pastor-approved. The Community Seat inside it remains $99/mo STANDING. |
| Flagship | Large Church (600 or more, up to two campuses) | $749/moProposed | Everything above, extended across multiple services and a staff team: follow-up counted per service, booking across the ministry week, weekly content care and special-season planning, one planned campaign each month, leadership-approved, and Nic as consultant to senior leadership. The Community Seat inside it remains $99/mo STANDING. |
Access: Direct — through Mosaic’s own front door and the Sunday-Readiness Check. Sponsored seat — this line holds the estate’s canonical sponsored seat, the Community Seat ($99/mo STANDING): a foundation, denominational body, or generous member may pay it for a church; the church pays nothing and the price does not move. Organizational — one signature, many churches: a body that serves many churches can cover the Community Seat for the churches it chooses at $99/mo per church (STANDING); it receives counts only — never a church’s guest names — and a church may decline its seat. White-label — Mosaic per church at $59/mo (Reseller) · $49/mo (Partner), both PROPOSED, under a denomination’s or network’s own name.
Separate doors, never bundled in silently: After-Hours Answer & Book is available to a church whose phone truly cannot ring unanswered, at $1,850/mo (STANDING), quoted openly as its own offer. Church-in-a-Box — one cue system for sound, words on the screen, streaming, and lights — is its own conversation: Managed Sundays $149–$249/mo (PROPOSED); full install $1,500–$3,000 one-time (PROPOSED) plus care $99–$199/mo (PROPOSED). Grant help, stated the way Mosaic states it: Nic Patterson has personally secured Google Ad Grants for 16 churches, used the program in development work for a nonprofit in Indiana, and held his own grant. The program offers eligible nonprofits up to $10,000 a month in in-kind search advertising — Google’s figure, with eligibility and approval always the funder’s decision. Mosaic offers help checking eligibility, applying, and getting positioned — never a promise of money, guests, or growth.
The operating system of a publishing house, run for an independent author — editorial pipeline, market evaluation, design studio, production and distribution discipline, launch engine, and backlist system — while the author keeps ownership: Author OS does not take rights, does not act as publisher, and distribution stays in the author’s own accounts. See the pattern live in the sample author site.
| Rung | Offer | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | NicNac Author Page Sprint | $149 one-timeProposed | One working author page — bio, books, speaking, and a clear way to make contact — built in the proven pattern of the sample author site, and built to slot straight into the line above it. |
| Core | Author Presence | $299/moProposed | Author website, newsletter system, book pages with retailer links, basic launch announcements. |
| Upper | Author Engine | $499/moProposed | Everything in Presence, plus the editorial pipeline (one manuscript in flight), market evaluation per title, the design-studio workflow, and distribution setup guidance. |
| Flagship | Author House | $999/moProposed | Everything in Engine, plus the launch campaign engine, ARC management, backlist relaunch cycles, the royalty and sales dashboard, and quarterly strategy. |
| Organizational door | Publisher Partner | No complete price filedProposed | Multi-author imprints, small presses, and organizations: catalog-wide systems, team seats, custom workflows, a white-label option. The blueprint files this shape without a complete price — no term, unit, or scope basis — so no Publisher Partner figure is quoted until one is filed. |
Access: Direct — consultative intake; the Sprint is the filed front door. Sponsored seat: absent as filed — no sponsor seat stack includes the Author line. Organizational — the Publisher Partner door, scoped through intake.
Honest state: blueprint plus a working prototype workflow set. Nothing in this line has been sold. The sample author site is a demonstration, and the first Author OS tester engagement is a test, not a result; no sales, royalty, or launch outcome is claimed for anyone. The line never guarantees sales.
A person’s own operating layer — their calls screened, their day encouraged and kept, and at the top of the line, a complete Custom Personal Operating App: not just an agent, an intelligence and human augmentation layer around one person’s work and life. The rule that defines this line: custom personal apps are priced at business prices. A personal client’s processes take the same discovery, the same generation, the same orchestration, and the same human layer as a business client’s. There is no consumer discount tier, and nothing in this line may be described as one.
| Rung | Offer | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | Answer — Personal | $49/moProposed | A personal answering product for one person and one number: call screening with a whitelist, message-taking and voicemail transcription, a daily summary, and a spam-call shield. Booking is limited to the person’s own calendar. A genuinely narrower product, complete at its scope — not a personal discount on any business tier. |
| Continuity layer | NicNac Daily Call | No price filedNo price filed | A daily encouragement call shaped by the user’s own sliders — time, length, encouragement intensity, goal-reminder weight, and faith centering strictly per-user opt-in and default off. The simulation prototype passed its independent gate as COMPELLING for the simulation. Pricing is deliberately not set, so this layer is not a quoted rung today. Its phone leg waits on the same carrier activation as Line One. |
| Flagship destination | Custom Personal Operating App | No separate price filed — business ladder applies unchangedNo separate price filed | A complete per-person operating system, assembled from the same filed configurations and components a business client buys, priced by the footprint of the processes placed on the layer, with scope and price confirmed before billing. Where a personal footprint includes the full operated answering offer, it includes it at $1,850/mo (STANDING), because the work is the same work. Start through the consultation intake in Line One. |
Access: Direct — hosted conversation and intake, through the accounts platform and the Custom OS pipeline as it is built. Sponsored seat — the general sponsorship law applies to any filed seat or configuration a sponsor underwrites: same price, different payer. No personal-specific sponsor shape is filed, and none is implied.
Honest state: no Custom Operating App — personal or business — has been sold, generated, or launched; the generation pipeline is designed, not built. The Daily Call exists as a gated simulation, not a live call service.
NicNac is not priced like a software subscription, because a NicNac price does not buy a subscription. A subscription rents access to a tool — and leaves the buyer to learn it, connect it, staff it, watch it, and do the work around it. A seat price buys a login.
A NicNac price buys an operating layer for the client's own processes. The work is studied as it actually runs. It is amplified where it already works — more reach, more speed, fewer manual touches. It is augmented — the person's judgment carried further by intelligence, preparation, memory, and orchestration working around them. It is connected, so the tools, accounts, records, and people it touches stop working as isolated islands. And it is run with best practices at scale: the same disciplined process, every time, with its exceptions escalated to a person instead of buried. The person stays in charge. The system carries the work around them, and human judgment remains at the points where judgment is required — consent, commitment, money, and exception.
That is why NicNac is priced by the process footprint placed on the layer — what is being run, connected, and carried for the client — and not by the number of people who can log in. It is an outcomes-and-operations price, not a software seat rental.
The same rule holds for everyone the layer serves. A business, a church, an author, and a person buy by the same ladder: a custom personal operating app is priced at business prices, because the discovery, the generation, the orchestration, and the human layer are the same work, and the client's legal form does not set the price — the scope and footprint of the processes placed on the layer do. Sponsorship changes who pays; it never changes the price. There are no first-month discounts. Every price is labeled STANDING or PROPOSED, and a proposed price is confirmed before anything is billed.
