You did not go into ministry to run slides, chase a livestream,
and remember who visited last week.
Mosaic brings the Sunday pieces together. Mosaic ONE is the
human team beside you who runs it — so guests are welcomed and remembered,
and you get to be a pastor again.
The Community Seat. Every Mosaic church
starts here. Everything below grows from this one seat.
One seat. One price. The same seat for every church.
The same price for every church. No discounts, and no first-month offers —
not for anyone, not ever.
A sponsor may pay for your church.
The payer changes. The price does not. A foundation, a
denominational body, or a generous member can cover your seat. Your
church receives the same care either way.
A conversation starter — not a grade on your church.
Eight plain questions. Nothing you answer is stored, sent, or shared; the check runs
entirely on this page, in your browser. You get a clear picture of where Sunday is
steady, where it is stretched, and one first step you can take this week — whether
or not we ever speak again.
Question 1 of 8
Your Sunday picture
When you're ready to talk it through: Nic Patterson ·
904-689-3066. No pressure, no pitch deck — a
conversation, pastor to pastor.
The honest problem
The pastor is the office.
In a small or mid-sized church, one person often preaches, counsels, edits the
bulletin, sets up the room, runs the sound — and remembers the communion supplies.
A guest comes on Sunday. They are welcomed at the door. Then the week begins,
the card lands under a pile, and the follow-up quietly never happens. Not because
no one cares. Because no one had a simple, faithful way to make sure it did.
Mosaic ONE exists to be both: hands you can count on, and a system gentle
enough for a real church to actually keep.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

The fixed bundle
What every Mosaic church gets.
One bundle. The same for every church. This is the
Community Seat, item by item — the list a board can read, minute, and hold
us to.
Sunday, ready before anyone arrives
Your service plan, calendar, and sign-ups in one clear place
A simple weekly service order, ready to follow on Sunday morning
A light Thursday rhythm — send the songs, the scripture, the sermon title
Every guest, remembered
Every first-time guest recorded in one list
Every guest thanked and invited back within 48 hours
Follow-ups counted, plainly, before the next Sunday
Your church, easy to find
Service times, location, and what to expect — accurate and easy to find
A simple way to post a bulletin, an announcement, or a sermon note
A person beside you
Nic Patterson as your named consultant — a fellow church musician
A monthly check-in: what worked, who was followed up, what is still on paper
Grant help from a real record — 16 churches, walked through honestly
How we begin: about two weeks from first
conversation to your first Sunday on the system. We walk through that Sunday with
you in advance. Nobody learns it live. No staff hire required. No new computer
required to start. The full one-page checklist is yours to print and keep —
ask us, or take it from the bundle page in the pastor kit.
And when you're ready
Three ways the weight lifts.
SUNDAY MORNING RUN · FIRST-GUEST 48
Sunday, calmly
Send the service order on Thursday. By Sunday it is built — lyrics, scripture,
slides, and stream cues ready before anyone arrives. A volunteer can run the whole
morning from one clear system. And the guests from that morning are thanked,
invited back, and personally noticed within 48 hours.
So Sunday feels like worship again — for you, too.WELCOME HOME · OUTREACH-IN-A-BOX
Guests who become family
A first visit is a beginning, not an event. Every guest has a gentle next
step in front of them — a class, a group, a place to serve when they are ready.
And when your church serves the neighborhood, the whole event is planned,
promoted, and followed up, start to finish.
So nobody falls through the cracks, and good work gets found.GRANTS PATH · PASTOR CARE
Found, funded — and cared for
Many churches qualify for real help they have never been told about.
Mosaic walks the path with you: eligibility, application, and campaigns a
searching neighbor can actually find. And because the pastor is a person,
not a position, Pastor Care keeps peer cohorts, pulpit supply, and real
Sabbath planning in the same picture.
So the outreach grows — and so does the pastor's rest.
When the week grows fuller
The same seat, grown.
Nothing here is needed to start. A church grows from
the Community Seat only when the week itself asks for more — and nothing has to
be ripped out to move up. A price marked PROPOSED is offered for
approval and is never presented as anything else.
Mid-Sized Church
~150–600 attendance · the building has outgrown one person's memory
$349 / month
PROPOSED
Everything in the Community Seat, across the whole ministry week
Guests helped into classes, groups, and ministries
Room and appointment booking — no more double-booked fellowship hall
Regular website and content care; weekly service-order rhythm
One planned campaign each quarter, pastor-approved
At its heart sits the Community Seat — $99 / month, STANDING.
About 3–4 weeks to a settled first month.
Large Church
600+ attendance · coordination itself has become a staff job
$749 / month
PROPOSED
Everything in Mid-Sized, across multiple services and up to two campuses
Follow-up counted per service; serving-team next steps
Facilities and pastoral booking across a whole staff team
One planned campaign each month, leadership-approved
At its heart sits the Community Seat — $99 / month, STANDING.
About 6 weeks to a settled first month, all services.
When in doubt, start smaller. No pastor
should buy coordination help their church does not yet need. Anything beyond
these pages is a separate, plain conversation — priced openly, or not offered
at all.
Real ministry happens in real kitchens.
Boots on the ground
We come to you.
Help should not arrive as a sales call. Our field layer — Mosaic Guides,
local people trained to serve churches well — begins every relationship the
same way: as guests in your pews first. We worship with you.
We listen more than we talk. Only then do we offer a written picture of where
a little system would hand you back your week.
The first ninety days have a shape. By day 30, Sunday runs calmly. By day 60,
guests are followed up within 48 hours, every week. By day 90, your outreach
can be found by the neighbors it is for — and your week is measurably lighter,
because the remembering is no longer all yours.
Every first visit is offered, never an ambush — and an honest
“we're not your fit” is a perfectly good outcome.
The rhythm of the year
Mosaic shows up with the seasons.
Sunday comes back every week. The seasons come back
every year. These are the four moments Mosaic arrives with help already in hand.
Advent & Christmas
Make room.
Christmas brings the guests. The season's services are planned early,
and every Christmas guest is thanked within 48 hours — while the memory
is warm.
Lent & Easter
The door is open wider.
Holy Week planned as one calm arc. Easter guests welcomed home with a
named next step. The pastor's rest protected in the planning, not begged
during it.
Summer
The quiet season is the building season.
A Guide visits in your own building. The system is tidied while the pace
is slow. Grant paths are walked carefully, and real Sabbath cover is held.
Fall Launch
Everyone comes home.
Launch Sunday planned like the front door it is. New families offered one
clear next step, by name. The family that just moved to town can find you.
The funding path
Your outreach may already be fundable.
Google Ad Grants
Google offers eligible nonprofits up to $10,000 a month in
in-kind search advertising — real ads on Google, so a neighbor searching
“food help near me” or “church in our town” finds your church first.
Eligibility is decided by Google through Google for Nonprofits; nobody can
promise it. What an experienced guide changes is everything after the word
eligible: the application, the campaigns, and keeping the account
in good standing.
A record, not a theory
This is not new territory for Nic Patterson, Mosaic's founder. He has
personally secured Google Ad Grants for 16 churches, used
the program in development work for a nonprofit in Indiana, and held his own
grant. Beyond Google, the Grants Path also matches your church to
denominational, local, regional, state, and national grants your outreach
may qualify for.
No grant is promised here — grants are earned, applied for,
and decided by their funders. What Mosaic promises is the path, walked with you,
by someone who has walked it sixteen times.
For denominations & associations
One signature. Many churches. One honest report.
If your body carries many churches, you can cover the Community Seat for the
churches you choose — one agreement, one invoice, every church served the same
way. $99 a month per church, STANDING — the same price as any
church pays its own way. There are no bulk discounts, for anyone, ever.
Each church keeps its own governance and its own guest information. What your
body receives is one plain monthly report: churches covered, guests welcomed and
followed up across the body, Sundays run — and where things are slipping, named
as slipping. A church may decline its seat. A covered seat is an offer, never an
assignment.

Begin with a conversation.
Not a contract. Not a platform demo with a timer on it. A conversation about
your Sundays, your guests, and the work you were actually called to — and whether
a little faithful system, and a team beside you, would hand some of it back.
Start where every church starts: with your own Sundays, honestly pictured.
It takes two minutes, and nothing you answer leaves this page.
