Picture it from the inside: a pastor's phone answered after hours, a shop's invoices already sent and followed up, the paperwork already read and handed back clean — because a NicNac seat is doing the office work. A sponsorship means you pay the seat's real price, they pay nothing, and your name is thanked inside their dashboard every day they use it.

Beam is here
The smallest organizations in America drown in the same administrative work as a corporation — phones after hours, invoices that go out late and get paid later, paperwork nobody has time to read. They can't hire an office team. So the owner becomes the office team, at 9:47 PM, at the kitchen table.
Two trucks, four people, and a phone that rings at dinner. The invoices are in a shoebox by the back door — not because she doesn't care, but because the day only had the hours it had. Tonight it's estimates, then the follow-ups nobody sent.
Eighty members, no staff office. Sunday's bulletin, the benevolence requests, the building schedule, the emails from the week — all of it lands on one kitchen table after the hospital visit and the evening meeting. The ministry was never the paperwork. The paperwork is winning anyway.
A family clinic runs on callbacks, referrals, forms, and reminders — and every one of them is a person waiting on the other end. When the front desk goes home, the list doesn't. It just moves to her kitchen table, next to everyone else's day.
None of them needs a bigger business. They need their evenings back.
A seat is one organization's NicNac stack. They pay nothing. You pay the seat's real price — the same price anyone pays; we don't discount, and we don't mark up charity. What changes is simply who writes the check.
For: Churches, small nonprofits, community orgs
Mosaic Sunday-operations engine + Mosaic ONE service layer
For: Small businesses getting their paperwork back
NicNacInvoice Solo + NicNacParse Studio
For: Trades & service businesses that live on the phone
After-Hours Answer & Book (Beam answers, books, captures) + the stack above
Every price above is the seat's regular price. Sponsorship is not a discount program — the price never changes. Only the payer changes.
Two things, and only two things. You are named with gratitude inside every dashboard you fund — not a logo on a banner, a name in their daily work. And once a month you receive an impact report built from real usage only.
Your seat is sponsored by [Sponsor name].
— with thanks, from the NicNac table.
Measured things. If a number didn't happen, it doesn't appear. The methodology is printed on the report itself. When a metric isn't measured yet, the report says so.
You have read what a sponsor receives. Now watch it happen. Each frame below is a working demonstration — the placement's own markup, running in a frame on this page — of one place your name would be thanked. Inside a sponsored organization's dashboard there is no advertising, only a gratitude line. Every other placement lives on a surface NicNac owns and publishes.
Every demonstration below uses one sample sponsor name — First Coast Builders Alliance, from our own test records — because no sponsor has signed yet. When a real sponsor signs, their name takes the same place by record, not by redesign. Nothing here is a picture of a placement, and nothing here is a mockup drawn for this page. It is the placement itself, in a frame.
We count what each surface counts — page views, gated views, sends, and plays — and where a surface does not count yet, we say so instead of estimating. No reach numbers appear on this page, because none have been measured.
In the browser
On the NicNacBook client surface NicNac publishes, the sponsor's name is thanked in a labelled band the client sees while their book takes shape.
Your name, thanked on the page where their book comes to life.
In the browser
On a NicNac product page, this band names the sponsor whose funded seats serve that product's community — labelled Sponsored before anything else in the band.
Your name on our product page — Sponsored, in plain sight, before anything else.
In the browser
On NicNac's sponsor wall, the name is listed in type as a thank-you for as long as the sponsorship is active — no logo wall, and no name that has not signed.
Your name, listed on the wall in type — a thank-you that stays up for as long as you sponsor.
In the browser
In Mosaic — the church surface with its own face — this panel thanks the sponsor by name in Mosaic's own register, while the engine underneath stays underneath.
Your name, thanked inside Mosaic in its own words — gratitude on the church's own surface.
In the app
Inside a sponsored organization's own dashboard, this card thanks their sponsor by name, in type — gratitude only, with no logo, no link, and nothing for sale.
Your name, thanked on their dashboard every morning — gratitude, never an ad.
In the app
In the sponsor's own view, this shows the seats they fund and the organizations they sponsor, counted from those organizations' real rows only.
Your view of it all: every seat you fund, every organization you sponsor, in one honest count.
On the video
At the end of a Beam video, this credit names the sponsor in the closing frame, labelled Sponsored where the viewer sees it before the video ends.
Your name in the closing credit — the thank-you the video ends on.
In the inbox
In an email NicNac sends, this line names the sponsor at the top of the section it belongs to, so the label is read before the content, not after it.
Your name at the top of the section, in the inbox — labelled before the content, never buried after it.
In the show notes
In the Heart of Encouragement show notes, this credit thanks the sponsor by name in the text listeners read, and the label travels with the notes when they are shared.
Your name, thanked in the show notes — in text that travels when the notes are shared.
That is the whole inventory — your name, thanked in these places, in these ways, and nowhere a banner ad would go. Next, the math: what it costs, shown from the bottom, with its assumptions printed beside it.
Everything below is arithmetic on stated assumptions, printed so anyone can check it. These are revenue scenarios for sponsored seats only — not profit, not forecasts, not promises.
Counted on the day this page was staged. Everything below is the shape of the climb, shown from the bottom of it.
| Sponsored seats | Monthly | Annual | One-time activations in the mix — removed Oct 28, 2026 (Nic’s ruling): none | Sponsors needed @25 avg | Sponsors @5-seat minimum |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | $38,070 | $456,840 | $0 | 4 | 20 |
| 1,000 | $380,700 | $4,568,400 | $0 | 40 | 200 |
| 10,000 | $3,807,000 | $45,684,000 | $0 | 400 | 2,000 |
Bounds, for honesty: if every seat were Community-only, 10,000 seats = $990,000/mo. If every seat were Flagship, 10,000 seats = $24,990,000/mo. The blend is a planning picture, not a prediction.
$10M per year ≈ 2,189 seats at the assumed blend — roughly 88 sponsors at the 25-seat average. $10M in a single month ≈ 26,267 seats at the blend — roughly 1,051 sponsors. Stated plainly: that is a national channel built over years, not a quarter. We chase it; we do not date it.
1. Live Stripe. Sandbox only. No sponsor can be charged today.
2. A signed-anything-ready sponsor agreement. Doesn't exist; needs counsel review before it does.
3. The sponsor impact-report generator. Data plumbing exists; the assembled report does not.
4. Confirmed Essentials pricing. Invoice Solo and Parse Studio prices are PROPOSED — a third of the blended seat value.
5. Fulfillment headroom. Onboarding and support are partly human; capacity is a real ceiling.
6. A single sponsored seat. Count today: 0 seats, 0 sponsors, $0 revenue.
Every tier below is proposed until Nic approves final terms. The seats underneath them are real, priced as shown in the seat section above. A tier is simply a shape: how many seats, gathered where.
Funds 5 or more seats for organizations you name — a street, a congregation network, a customer list, a graduating class of new businesses. Your call, subject to the organizations accepting.
CostSeats × seat price, billed monthly. 5 Community seats = $495/mo · 5 Flagship seats = $12,495/mo (no activation fee — removed Oct 28, 2026).
ReceivesGratitude naming inside each sponsored dashboard; a monthly impact report; listing on the sponsor wall for as long as the sponsorship is active.
Funds 25 seats inside one named community — a city, a county, a neighborhood corridor.
CostSeats × seat price. 25 Community seats = $2,475/mo; mixed stacks priced at the actual seats chosen.
ReceivesEverything in Seat Sponsor, plus a quarterly community-level impact summary written for you to share publicly, and first notice when your community's seats free up or waitlist.
Funds seats for one trade across one state — the plumbing shops of Florida, the family clinics of Georgia — minimum 50 seats, placed through the relevant association or your own channel.
CostSeats × seat price.
ReceivesEverything above, plus category presence: named as the Industry Sponsor for that trade-and-state in NicNac's program materials for it, segment-level impact reporting suitable for the association's own publications, and first refusal on renewing the trade-state before it is offered to another sponsor.
The first sponsor of 100+ seats across a multi-state region. One per region — not scarcity marketing; arithmetic. Somebody is first, once.
CostSeats × seat price.
ReceivesEverything above, plus Founding naming that is permanent: "Founding Regional Sponsor — [Region]" remains your historical title in program materials even if the sponsorship later ends, because it is a fact, not a rental. Region defined on the agreement.
The first nationwide sponsor — 500+ seats across multiple regions or industries, or the anchor funder of a national network: a denomination, a franchise system, a national association.
CostSeats × seat price.
ReceivesEverything above, plus permanent Founding National naming, a national impact report, and a seat on the future sponsor advisory conversation — an invitation, not a governance right.
Terms shape (proposed, counsel review required before any signature): 12 months initial, monthly billing, renewal by agreement. Either side may end at term; sponsored organizations keep their data and receive a 60-day grace posture (proposed) so nobody's phones go dark overnight.
This wall is waiting for its first name. Founding sponsors are listed first because they were.
Empty · No sponsors yetNo placeholder logos. No invented names. When the first sponsor signs, their name appears here — and stays first.
Yes. You name the organizations — a street, a congregation network, a customer list, a trade. Placement is subject to the organizations accepting, because a seat is a working relationship, not a delivery. If you'd rather fund a community or a trade and let placement follow the waitlist there, the Community and Industry shapes do exactly that.
Yes. The proposed shape is a 12-month initial term with monthly billing, and either side may end at term. A sponsorship that ends, ends cleanly — no pressure, no retention script. Final terms are confirmed in a personal conversation before anything is signed, and the agreement itself gets counsel review before any signature.
They keep their data — it was always theirs. Under the proposed terms they also receive a 60-day grace posture (proposed) so nobody's phones go dark overnight while they decide what comes next, and they leave with our thanks. Founding titles, where they exist, are historical facts and remain true; active naming ends with the sponsorship.
No. Sponsorship never includes access to a sponsored organization's data, advertising inside their dashboard, or any implied endorsement by them. What you receive is the gratitude line and the monthly impact report — counts from real usage, in aggregate, with the methodology printed on it.
A purchase of services for a third party. You are buying NicNac seats, at their regular prices, for organizations other than your own. How that purchase is treated for tax purposes is your advisor's call — we don't advise on it.
A person reads every intake. Nothing is charged on this page, and nothing is billed until scope and price are confirmed personally — that's the pattern on every NicNac product, and sponsorship is no different.
