The Full Shelf Is Live: One Operating Company, Every Product in One Place
NicNac Systems is America's AI Operating Company. We run the technology. You run the business. Today the whole shelf stands in one place, with its prices printed and labeled - and with the honest limits printed beside them.
The short answer: five products are live with intake today - NicNacParse, After-Hours Answer & Book, NicNacInvoice, NicNac AI Visibility, and NicNac AI Advertising - joined by sponsored seats, NicNacMeet, Mosaic for churches, and six filed product lines. Intake charges nothing. Scope and price are confirmed personally before anything is billed. Stripe is in sandbox today, so no live charging is claimed here.
The shelf, product by product
- NicNacParse. Documents returned as clean, structured text, human-reviewed before delivery. From $25 per document - PROPOSED (up to 25 pages included, then $1 per page - PROPOSED). Studio $149/mo - PROPOSED. Practice $349/mo - PROPOSED. The live self-demo runs the real pipeline on your own document, and the published comparison stands at 21 of 21 checks against the rented incumbent's 20 of 21, with our gaps published beside it.
- After-Hours Answer & Book. Your phone answered, your calendar filled: answer, qualify, book, confirm, remind, and no-show rescue. $2,499/mo - STANDING. No activation fee - the one-time activation was removed Oct 28, 2026. Online booking is live today; voice answering activates the week your number is connected, and we set it up with you.
- NicNacInvoice. Invoices that chase themselves: issue, remind, escalate, failed-payment recovery, and nightly reconciliation. Solo $89/mo - PROPOSED. Crew $189/mo - PROPOSED. The invoice builder is a live working tool today.
- NicNac AI Visibility. Whether AI answers name, cite, and recommend your business - measured first, then fixed, then re-measured on the identical battery. Snapshot $99 one-time - PROPOSED. Audit $249 one-time - PROPOSED. Presence $199/mo per location - PROPOSED. Never a guaranteed ranking, mention, or citation. Our own baseline is published on the product page: named 2 of 19, cited 0 of 19, recommended 0 of 19.
- NicNac AI Advertising. Managed paid media where AI does the production work and a person conducts. Campaign Build $249 one-time - PROPOSED. Launch $349/mo - PROPOSED. Growth $649/mo - PROPOSED. Dominance $1,249/mo - PROPOSED. Ad spend is the client's budget, passed through to the platforms at cost, with no markup. No campaign has run yet, and no result is claimed.
- Sponsored seats. A sponsor underwrites a seat for an organization it names; the organization pays nothing and the price does not move. Community Seat $99/mo - STANDING. Essentials Seat $238/mo - PROPOSED. Flagship Seat $2,499/mo - STANDING. Real sponsored seats today: zero. Sponsors signed: zero.
- NicNacMeet. The hosted client-call surface - schedule, invite, lobby, presentation, close and book, summary, and follow-up draft. Built and live. No price is filed for it; it is a component of an engagement, not a separately priced rung.
- Mosaic. The church line under Mosaic's own face and voice - Sunday operations and the human layer of Mosaic ONE for stretched-thin pastors. Community Seat $99/mo - STANDING. Mid-Sized Church $249/mo - STANDING. Large Church $499/mo - STANDING.
- The product lines. Six lines in one filed map: Operations and Custom Operating Apps, Documents and Money, Visibility and Paid Growth, the Church Line, the Author Line, and the Personal Line. Custom Operating Apps have no separate sticker price filed; an engagement is assembled from filed configurations and components, confirmed before billing. The generation pipeline is designed, not built, and is labeled that way.

Why NicNac is not priced like other subscriptions
NicNac is not priced like a software subscription, because a NicNac price does not buy a subscription. A subscription rents access to a tool — and leaves the buyer to learn it, connect it, staff it, watch it, and do the work around it. A seat price buys a login.
A NicNac price buys an operating layer for the client's own processes. The work is studied as it actually runs. It is amplified where it already works — more reach, more speed, fewer manual touches. It is augmented — the person's judgment carried further by intelligence, preparation, memory, and orchestration working around them. It is connected, so the tools, accounts, records, and people it touches stop working as isolated islands. And it is run with best practices at scale: the same disciplined process, every time, with its exceptions escalated to a person instead of buried. The person stays in charge. The system carries the work around them, and human judgment remains at the points where judgment is required — consent, commitment, money, and exception.
That is why NicNac is priced by the process footprint placed on the layer — what is being run, connected, and carried for the client — and not by the number of people who can log in. It is an outcomes-and-operations price, not a software seat rental.
The same rule holds for everyone the layer serves. A business, a church, an author, and a person buy by the same ladder: a custom personal operating app is priced at business prices, because the discovery, the generation, the orchestration, and the human layer are the same work, and the client's legal form does not set the price — the scope and footprint of the processes placed on the layer do. Sponsorship changes who pays; it never changes the price. There are no first-month discounts. Every price is labeled STANDING or PROPOSED, and a proposed price is confirmed before anything is billed.
What happens when you start
Start at any product page above and use its intake. Intake creates a lead - it charges nothing. A person confirms scope and price with you personally before anything is billed, and a price labeled PROPOSED is confirmed before it is billed as final. That sequence is not a footnote; it is how every offer on this shelf works today.
