Applications Are Open: Work With NicNac

NicNac is a human augmentation company. The systems do what systems are good at — and people do the work only people can do. We are opening applications for independent contractor agent roles, and the door is open now.

The work

NicNac is opening applications for independent contractor agent roles — people who will do this work alongside our systems, under human oversight, for real customers. If you want to be part of a workforce where the technology runs the technology and people run the business and the judgment, this is that workforce.

Contractors join as independent (1099) partners, in their own place, on real work: helping small businesses and churches answer, book, follow up, and grow — with Beam and the NicNac systems carrying the repetitive load and people carrying the relationships.

How applying works

The application is six steps, all of them real: apply, verify your email (we send a link — your application continues from it), read and sign the contractor agreement, complete your W-9 (your tax ID is encrypted the moment it is saved), receive your seat, and finish your first training module. A person reviews every application — that human review is part of how we work, not a step we hide.

Two honest notes. The contractor agreement you will read is a draft pending legal review, and it says so on its face. And we do not publish pay rates we have not ratified — compensation is confirmed in writing with each contractor before any work begins.

Apply

The application takes a few minutes, and your verification link arrives by email.
