Volunteer Coverage Draft

For Volunteer coordinator. Required roles and willing people are recorded separately.

Local processing with no account or payment. No AI connection or automated sending. Save is optional and unencrypted on this browser/device; use non-sensitive references.

Your inputs

Use it well

Enter people who have confirmed availability and role suitability. Each person receives at most one role. Assignment follows your role priority and people order; change the order to resolve a scarce-skill conflict. Confirm the roster with people before using it.

  1. Load the fictional example to understand the format.
  2. Replace it with your own non-sensitive inputs.
  3. Generate, review notes, then download the output.
  4. Save explicitly on your device or export a portable JSON backup.

Offline download uses the same deterministic calculations and document generation. Browser storage may be limited for local files. Keep JSON backups. It does not use cloud AI, synchronize a team, or transmit your data.
